With a Democratic Attorney General in Washington, a Democratic president, and both houses of Congress solidly in Democratic control, it is obviously futile to hope that the possible bribery of Joe Sestak to induce him to withdraw from the Senate race against Arlen Specter will be fully investigated. But, as the facts of this scandal grudgingly emerge from the White House and from Congressman Sestak, there is an alternative way to pursue justice.
The Pennsylvania Attorney General, Tom Corbett — who is the Republican nominee for Governor this year — has ample jurisdiction to convene a grand jury to get to the bottom of the scandal and answer the key questions:
1. Who offered a job to Sestak?
2. What job was proffered?
3. And did the president know of the offer?
Corbett’s jurisdiction stems from the concept of universal jurisdiction, now accepted virtually everywhere. The concept is simple. If someone on the New Jersey side of the Hudson River fires a pistol across the Hudson and the bullet from the pistol hits someone on the NY side, where did the crime take place? For about 600 years, the answer would have been in NY, where the harm was caused. Under the Reagan administration, and in response to urgings from the Meese Justice Department, the courts began to accept the doctrine of universal jurisdiction. This principle gives jurisdiction to law enforcement in the place wherever any act occurred that may have resulted in a crime. Thus, under our scenario above, the shooter could be prosecuted in NJ or NY.
Thus, if Cong. Sestak was in one of his homes, in PA or VA, when he received a telephone call offering him a job if he withdrew from the PA Senate primary against Sen. Arlen Specter, law enforcement authorities in PA and VA — both of which have Republican state Attorneys General — can subpoena Cong. Sestak to testify before a state grand jury and compel him to answer the who, what, when, and where that everyone has a right to know.
The people of the United States and, particularly the people of Pennsylvania, want these questions to be answered honestly. They will not settle for a Democratic stonewall that refuses to let the truth emerge.
Under our federal system, we need not tolerate giving one party the power to be the prosecutor, judge, defendant, defense attorney, and jury. We can open the process to checks and balances.
Corbett should make it possible for the truth to emerge by convening a grand jury and summoning Sestak, Emanuel, and anyone else who may have been involved to answer questions under oath.

How the wealthiest Americans make money off the poor - Tea Party Basics and the truth behind the original Tea Party
The original Tea Party arose from an outrage against an inappropriate tax favor for the politically connected friends of King George, not a protest against being over-taxed.
The corrupt Government practices are what the tea party movement is against, all of them, not just taxes, bail outs, and favors, but every immoral act on behalf of our representatives who are in office to serve us, and end up serving themselves as if they arrived starving at an all you can eat buffet, made up of the fruits of our labor.
These videos will help you understand more about the problems of our time. Think of what you can do to correct these problems in our wonderful Country. Voting in citizens with strong morals and backing local people who are taking a stand is vital. It is very important to get involved in local government in whaever capacity you are able. Newly released audio tapes from Tommy Croslin - Summary
If Tommy and Misty are both trying to lie to get out, that means there is still a baby snatcher out there and people need to be looking for this child.
Tommy said he told the cops he saw HaLeigh in the van with Joe, that he saw the two of them together, but that he had nothing else to do with anything. He denies the allegations from Grama, and from Misty, and said their stories are crazy.
Tommy said he never told anyone that he helped Joe. He wishes he could tell his family what was going down, but he can't. He was totally surprised to find out the search was on the news, as he was told not to say anything and so he had been trying to use code to tell his parents what was going on. He said to them that at their old house, you can't even get down the street, so they questioned him, but he basically said he couldn't tell them anything, well then shortly after they tell him on a phone call that it was in the paper and in the news. He was shocked and then they said Misty was on TV now at the dock. Tommy said "What!" "Why?" and he denied all her stories about the drug over dose and everything, saying she was crazy. His parents are starting to break down from the stress and not knowing what is going on.
His dad continually tells him not to dig himself into a deeper hole and to tell the truth. At one point his dad yells at him as to why he didn't bring this stuff up at the beginning and asks if he made a deal before he told, and Tommy said "no.", his dad said he should have made the deal first, he should have let the lawyers do the stuff they were working on and everyone should have stayed quiet. Tommy keeps saying he wishes he could tell them and continues to drop hints, which basically lead one to believe he made it up to get out and that Misty is also making stuff up.
Tommy tells them to stop talking to Leonard Padilla because everything keeps ending up on tv.
Lyndsay has decided not to take anyone's calls, demanded Tommy not call him and wants nothing to do with him or his family and won't let the kids visit him. This is because of what the lawyers and police told her, leading her to believe he was involved in the murder. Tommy continually says everyone should know he wouldn't do that, they should know him better. Lyndsay says she is disgusted right now and needs time.
Tommy said he just needed a ticket out of there and everything was bullsh**. He said he was just trying to get home to his wife and kids and he hopes he didn't just mess it up. He says Lyndsay should know what he was talking about because she already knows.
Tommy is having an inmate he "trusts" call all his family and Lyndsay to tell them the truth about what he is doing. He tried to tell them this in code, but it was obvious as could be and then his dad said, "you better not be telling inmates stuff!", lol to late... So, he claims this person is getting out or has just got out and will be calling them to explain everything. This person would be calling on Monday and she should already know the truth already and she needs to listen to this person who is going to tell her the truth about what is going on.
Tommy and Misty are now both on anti-depressants. Then he asks for money to write letters. He previously said he wanted to be writing Lyndsay at least to write his kids. This was two Fridays before the 24thm of what month, I am unsure.
Misty is meeting with his lawyer instead of meeting Monday and her lawyer is willing to help Tommy as much as he can too. His mom started to say what Misty is saying and Tommy yelled over her words "HUSH", and said don't say anything. This happens often in their conversations and they know when he does that to change the subject.
Misty's lawyer is "fixing to give up on her" because the cops don't believe what she is saying. This was from Hank. Tommy asked when that was, and said he and one of the detectives about got into it over the dock thing. He said they let the two of them ride together in the cop car and smoke cigarettes together and everything.
Hank and Lisa keep saying to tell Misty to tell the truth, and are getting very upset about her lying so much and causing so much grief and he doesn't want to waste time on her when the cops don't believe her and she keeps lying. and the evidence doesn't add up. Tommy is continually upset over being unable to reach his brother for a long time and because Lyndsay won't take his calls.Tommy says Chelsie and Timmy got a new ride, implying what sounded like, from Nancy Grace. He then asks his parents to get his belongings from Lyndsay so he doesn't lose it since she is leaving him. Hank is worried Misty is getting herself in deeper. He is very disturbed over her stories. Hank asks what his lawyer is thinking and he says he doesn't know.

HaLeigh Cummings Jail House Tapes to be released today - The Amber Alert is still active
The Amber Alert for HaLeigh Cummings is still active. I do not understand why if what the investigators say is true, and she is presumed deceased. I trust the Amber Alert and think the comments about planning a funeral could be merely a strategic statement. With that said, please keep looking for her. I will post her picture in this post. Please report any sightings to 911.
Simon posted today on BNN that they are working on getting the tapes picked up and loaded to their site from the jail. There are 5 Disks, 2 are of Misty, 3 dvd's of Tommy, and a CD with phone calls of Tommy's. There are 20 files on the CD. Thanks to a poster, they will be uploaded shortly! Thanks SillyGirl! LOL

It is once again been a long time with no word from investigators on the status of the case, I would think there would have been something after their MAJOR announcement that this would now be a homicide investigation, and for her parents to plan a funeral.
Crystal Sheffield said on her Facebook, that until they show her proof, neither her nor Ron would be planning a funeral. In the afternoon of April 22nd, Crystal Sheffield made an announcement on her page:
"I just want to make it clear that me nor ronald are making funeral arrangements.. It's hard enough without people putting words in our mouth"
"This feels like a dream, I wish it was and I would wake up. My heart has been ripped right out of my chest, but like I said prove it to me.SHOW ME:( "

It makes me wonder how in the dark she must feel. Are the investigators sharing everything with her? Are investigators considering her a potential suspect and is that why? It must be terrible to be in that position, of not knowing where you stand with the investigation. (if you are innocent.) Their family has exited the media spotlight, and who can blame them, really, yet in order to keep HaLeigh's face out there, they need to be in the media. Especially if Crystal is demanding HaLeigh is alive and being held somewhere, because pleading for her return on a facebook page won't have the same effect as Nancy Grace or Issues or other big stations. Also, if Crystal knows for a fact she is alive, has she told everything she knows, or has she been scared to silence like some other players in this case? Has her attorney advised her to be quiet, when now would be a good time to speak, she could get her story out there and reach a large crowd, while she actually has their attention, because unfortunatly if there is no news on a missing person case, you won't see it in the news. She should consider taking this opportunity to reach out to the media and speak and plead for her daughter's return, while they are paying attention and she still has time.

I was reviewing Peter's wonderful analysis of Cindy's presentation and I had a ah-ha moment. I know nothing other than what you have taught me about statement analysis, so bear with me. I thought of some ideas I wanted to share with you. I started with a few statements, then I just stopped hopping around and did most all. This seems like Lee displayed signs that he felt like Caylee was obnoxious and maybe she irritated him. Maybe he was not as attached to her as we thought, or maybe Cindy wants us to realize she was the one who was most attached to her daughter Caylee. (intentional use of daughter)

Caylee is not named as the she, allowing this lie to be her delirious truth, but implied. Cindy wants to further set up unobtainable goals of having a perfect child who wakes up and is so happy to see Cindy - they just bubble over. Cindy knows Casey probably had problems with her and this is something Casey could try to obtain to be just as wonderful as her mom, but her mom knew it wouldn't happen, and Cindy is reminding her it sure won't happen now. Further rubbing it in. This is Cindy's turn to torture Casey publicly, to embarrass and demean her in THEIR language and in her secret ways.
She loved her family very much, she loved her animals, she loved her Tinker and her Tilly her Ho Ho and her Pay Pay. They were the best of friends, in fact Tilly and Tinker still look for Caylee, even today.
Maybe these were stuffed animals of Caseys, letting Casey know they were talking to HER about something.
I also see this as Cindy using personal language known to them only, in public we have no idea what she means and it is also a way to scold and demean us implying we should be held shamed for not looking for her even today.
I remember you point out family meant "Cindy" and maybe George, and "her mom", referred to Casey, so obviously she was telling Casey Caylee loved THEM and her stuffed animals and pets best, who still look for Caylee. Which is another dig at Casey because she was NOT LOOKING for Caylee, not even today. Also, reminding that being as these were stuffed animals or real animals, they were far beneath being the mother of a child, which is what Casey was labeled as by her mom, and STILL, THEY EVEN never stopped looking for Caylee, where Casey did not, further demeaning Casey in public.
Caylee's favorite pastimes were coloring, reading stories, finger painting, having a tea party. At her tea party she'd have Elmo, Mr. Pib and her Teddy bear and then Caylee and she'd set the table and pour them all some tea and she'd have a grand old time.
She was alone, without mom, as to rub it in casey's face, but also, she is to proud to realize she forgot to add herself to the list, so without grandma too. Alone...
"She loved playing dress up. George shared w/you she loved to come out and she'd have her beads on and she wouldn't have one strand she'd have 50 and she had a whole trunk full of beads. This makes me think George likes to play dress up. Either he is a cross dresser, or he dresses up in life as something he is not, as in a security guard costume, or as a grieving grandpa, and Cindy doesn't believe he is either, actually she doesn't think he is much of anything.
Where did they have her "kept", that she continually "came out" of? It would seem more natural to say what she did, without the she "came out" which means she was always "in" something. Was she ever shut in her room to watch movies all day? They don't seem to know much about her heart and her thoughts, etc.
Ok, also this would be anywhere between four to ten hours of watching tv a day, so I really doubt they did anything else with her enriching during a normal day. Where are the mounds of crafts?

Caylee loved the water so much BUT she could not swim... we swam often in our pool.
Peter: The emphasis here is on Caylee and her love of the water. There was talk, early on, that Caylee may have died by accidental or neglectful drowning, but at that time, Cindy insisted that her pool ladder was up. In any statement, we note the use of water, bathing, showering, handwashing. The fact that Caylee was a good swimmer is important to Cindy.
Actually, Cindy said the ladder was in the wrong place, or the door was open, but she was adiment at first that there was something disrupted at the pool site that was never like that. Would that change your analysis? Thanks
Her and I used to spend a lot of time together in the pool and I'm going to miss those days.
Her mentioning the pool, the potential crime scene, she reminds Casey she should have known by how often they were in the pool, that Caylee wasn't able to swim alone, or be left alone in the pool. It is almost like Cindy now knows Casey let Caylee drowned in the pool, and she is chastising her because she should have known better, and now Cindy will suffer because she will miss those special days that Casey took from them.
She also reminds Casey if she knew Caylee as good as Cindy knew her, that Casey would have known this. This was to shame Casey and demean her publicly in secret, but Casey knows what she means, because they have used this language their whole life.
My favorite times, when she would come in on Sunday morning and wake me up and her face would be right in my face — CeCe wake up and she would be right there.
Cindy's favorite times? I thought this was about Caylee.
Note she is coming in again, from somewhere, probably her room she was told to stay in? This also shows she would wake them up in the morning, Sunday, not for Church, but to be in her face. It sounds more like she irritated Cindy by getting in her face, which is what Cindy has done with the press all along.

Every night before we'd go to bed she would go outside and look at the stars and want to say good night to the stars and the moon, and if it was a cloudy night we'd say well, the stars have already gone to bed, they're covered up w/a blanket that God gave them bc they were cold."
Along with your comments, I was thinking also how if this is Cindy's truth and she is putting Caylee to rest this day, this is exactly what Caylee was seeing where she was. Caylee was under the stars, under the moon, she was outside, and Cindy may have had the chance as noted before, to say one last good night, and maybe she put the heart sticker on her. Cindy was also the one to
burst out and excited utterance to the LE agent that they were missing Caylee's blanket, which was since found at the crime scene with her. Did Cindy already know this from her last good-bye? Was Caylee covered up with a blanket in God's care now? This is really interesting to me that she describes the crime scene.

I see this as distant once again. If she was calling out her name, she wasn't with her, and if she was on the phone, she wasn't with her, also in George's deposition, he tells Morgan that his Grand Daughter could not dial a phone or something, so the calls would have to have Casey involved. I see her reminding George and Casey, Caylee loved HER.

Also, I wonder how many times she drove by where Caylee was placed to tell Caylee about her day?

Also, she talks an awful lot, even so much as many family members complain, an over talkative child is often that way because they lack proper attention. Cindy also mentioned Caylee spoke of the nanny's dog, but not so much talk about the lady she was allegedly with all the time, the nanny. Proves the nanny false once again, imo.
I don't know how she could talk so much about people she didn't see that much by Lee's admission, and everyone was busy working or playing, so I don't know how she would know much to say about them anyway.

Cindy's heart has been filled, broke and now broke again so far, and right after it is broke, we hear the name Casey. I believe Casey broke Cindy's heart.
Today? It breaks her heart today? Why only today?
In referencing her death, she throws responsibility back to Casey, reminding us Caylee's death was HER responsibility, not Cindy's, and that her heart, which was stolen by Caylee, now is broken by Casey who is responsible for Caylee's death.
I think what this really says is Cindy is mad that Casey was not there to experience the shame in public for her actions.
"Casey I hope you're able to hear me today, I love you and I wish I could comfort you right now. I wish I could take away all of your pain and wipe away your tears. "
Really? I think she wishes Casey much pain and tears, Casey has not expressed any pain or tears over what she has done that we have seen.

Mostly she enjoyed watching Casey and Caylee fight for the love of Cindy, who had the power to decide whom would be the blessed receiver or her love, and she enjoyed watching them fight for her love. Obviously a sweet baby would win this easily, which would cause Casey strife, and that brought Cindy great pleasure.
"I want to thank you for giving me the greatest gift that I have ever received and that is for Caylee Marie. "
Interesting she doesn't mention the gift in the beginning of the sentence. Could she be saying, thank you LE for giving me the greatest gift of arresting Casey, and THAT is for Caylee.
Also I noticed she says she was given Caylee, which Casey claims she NEVER gave her custody and she never would, however Cindy seemed to have TAKEN this from Casey, and by this sentence, she further flaunts her power and demeans Casey, rubbing it in.
"Caylee was so much like you, she got her beauty and her compassion, she had your spirit and she will always love you. "
I think something was missed here. I also read this : Caylee was so much like you (unnamed0 Casey. Somehow she obtained compassion and beauty (implying Casey had neither) and Caylee HAD (Past tense recalling her death) your spirit (which if their spirits are the same, would mean Casey has a dead spirit) and she (unnamed Caylee?) will always love you (guilting Casey as Casey stopped loving Caylee at some point, but her daughter Caylee, only knew unconditional love.) This could be to further oppress Casey.
"God has blessed me w/3 children, 3 beautiful children -I love them all unconditionally. "
Cindy only has two children, this statement backs up the other about her taking Caylee. She loves some of them more than others, since she loved Caylee most, as a perfectionist, she included them in the same box - her child, she did this so in her head she can order them based on levels of love, Caylee, Lee, and then Casey. Further backed my the next statement where she says in order of importance:
Caylee and the circumstances of her death,
faith (Cindy's feelings) so Cindy
and then God
This is the true order of her love. Which actually leaves her children out of it.
"Its all about hope its all about faith, its all about believing and obeying in our God. "
Hope was described by Cindy to be Caylee deceased, and faith defined as the resultant emotions Cindy has about it.
This event was rightly all about Caylee being deceased, and Cindy. This is the most honest statement yet. Obeying God is mentioned after Cindy was mentioned, who had a stronghold on the family. Yet since Cindy believes in God, she knows she may not be able to punish Casey as she would like, but she hopes God will punish Casey strongly.
"There's so much suffering in our world these days and it seems like there is very little hope. "
Cindy has never heard of such a crime as Caylee has experienced, in Cindy's world, there is a lot of suffering, yet, she hasn't heard of many instances of children being murdered by their partying parent who has family as Cindy- available, and that there is very little (children deceased at the hands of their mother) or "hope"...
"But I believe that Caylee's purpose was to teach us about having hope."
Yes, Caylee's purpose now is to teach us about having (a child whom, at the hands of her mother, is deceased .) - which once again is the definition Cindy gave us early on, I am merely replacing it where she hides it as this is how Cindy gave her own private and freeing testimony to Caylee. imo
And it is true, we are ALL learning all about that now, fulfilling Caylee's purpose now.

We has no names to it. Allowing inference that we think the family together called. They didn't. Casey had to be wrangled up and trapped in the house. Her mom did this, not Lee, who she was closer with and who would easily be able to find her, but mom got her and Lee knew mom would want to get at her first. So maybe this was when the moving of the precious baby was orchestrated. before mom would find out.
Lee was sent looking for her *HOW long was he looking?, long enough to help her move a body and get back to her boyfriends where mom showed up, or at least he alone could have done the move before mom and dad would pick the car up? I think so. I think that was the only way she would come home to her mom, so he made a promise to her... CMA, to never tell.
He probably made the initial promise to find out where Caylee was and what happened.

Cindy and co., believe as per their reports, that they gave plenty of confusing reports and there was enough vague stories about Caylee, that they thought people might be lost enough to believe this could have something to do with Caylee and divert attention from them. She knows it was not Caylee, because this was a "little girl" and not a "child", or "hope" for them.
Note that in cindy's speech she mentioned Caylee, in her death was hope, and then went on to say
"There were many days and weeks and months that hope was all we had, we never gave that up. We realized that hope was everything, it kept us getting up every morning and living another day."

I noted this before reading on about her sermon on hope, I also did not read her speech or listen to it ever, so I then found you comment about this being a sermon on hope, actually interesting as it is the only way she felt comfortable speaking of caylee, who they continually were silent about as much as possible as not to incriminate themselves, so even here, she allows herself to relax and speak in code about caylee, so she, as a perfectionist, allows herself to complete her task of honoring caylee publicly for her attention as a narcissist, while doing it in secret for her private truth.

So, inserting the words "caylee deceased" in place of hope, I think this opens up what she really thinks about this.
It has led us to many new friends and has reunited us with many old friends. Hope is what we need more of, its what we need more of to make this world a better place.
If I use the replacement for hope here it would be just messed up, because it would mean Cindy wished we all would have to experience what they are right now. Maybe she does.

With Caylee deceased, Cindy can focus on the beautiful life, and concentrate on how she feels.

So now she moves on to faith, which is what she is concentrating on now that Caylee is deceased. Thinking about how she feels, this brings her a smile.
Maybe she is happy Casey is in jail.
"I would never have been able to endure the pain and suffering that I have felt the last 7 months without my faith. Faith is why I've asked you all here today to share our love for Caylee Marie. I have faith that when you leave this church that today your hearts will be filled w/love"
Now she wants us all to feel as she does. Happy and relieved now that Caylee is deceased and Caycee is in prison.
She also seems to want to remind us how she is hurting and needs special treatment and maybe we should overlook her washing the decomp out of Casey's clothing.
She has asked everyone on the short list, that is, to join in sharing her pain, and how SHE feels about things, and I am sure after you see things her way, you will be filled with love.?
She also wants the audience to share her love for Caylee, the same love she made be divided amongst Caylee, Lee, and Casey, and now you get to try to vie for a piece of that approval, just like Joy Wray, and others who Cindy destroyed as they tried to "help". Want a bit of that love?
She is so arrogant to think her love is so big that everyone in the audience will be filled with her conditional love just be being in her presence. You will all leave filled with love. okay...

Now if I switch it back, her word "for death of a child" was hope, the this would read:
"It shouldn't take hope to love our God and fellow man." ugh, really? That was weird.

She is trying to demean the audience, making them beneath her as to force them to feel they are just as guilty for not loving "a child" (indicating abused child) enough to make them worthy of a position of Judgment over her.
Think about it. Go out and make a difference in someone elses lives, do something positive. Watch it grow into something big. Let's stop the negativity and the speculation. Let's stand up for our right to live in a world filled w/hope and faith and love. Remember God loves all his children unconditionally."
Reminding once again for us not to dare judge them, or we will face God judging us. Deflecting the judgment of them to us, and attempting to control the actions of our judgments and redirect it to a action totally disassociated with her family.
If I replace her defining words for hope and faith, this would tell us to stand up for our right to live in a world filled with children deceased at the hands of their mothers, and how Cindy feels about that and love, the love she decides to divvy out to us as we so deserve it and vie for it, while she demeans us and shames us.
She tells us to go out - as Caylee often went out of her room to entertain them, and as Caylee was left "out" in the cold in her blanket under the moon and stars. Was she wishing us all dead? We are to go out and make a difference in someone Else's lives, not our own, but to do something positive, maybe she wants us to do something in HER life to make HER feel good, so we can have a better chance to have a piece of the love we all have to fight for. Then we can watch "IT" grow. Could she have been thinking about the foliage growing up around Caylee, if she did get a chance to see her one last time and say her good bye, she probably would not have been able to stop thinking about the foliage, her shoes, and the foliage growing so big around where Caylee was placed.
Then immediately she catches herself and makes a request to everyone to "Look the other way" once again, she is hoping no one will ever know she got to say her last good-bye, that no one will ever really know what happened and all their family secrets, so that ( translating this: Let's stop the negativity and the speculation.) no one will positively know the exact truth.
I believe this in context of Cindy's letter, is her confession and telling of the day she last held Caylee in the woods:
" Let's stand up for our right to live in a world filled w/hope and faith and love."
Using her translation for the words, I replace them and it is amazing!
Standing up - goes to when she was in the woods, she stood up holding Caylee for the last time, and the words she used also harmonically sound like ...to live in the woods filled with hope (deceased child at the hands of her mother), and faith (everything Cindy feels) and love (her love divided and fought for, for her to divvy out). We then are told to remember God loves his children unconditionally.
Remember God loves all his children unconditionally - UNLIKE CINDY, as she reminds herself this was her biggest sin, and thus led to the making of the monster who created the reason why the speech was written in the first place. So she summed up her story about what happened, and why it happened, confessing to everything, in her secret letter to God. She forgave herself that day I believe and excused all her sins by confessing them hidden in her words. She also didn't miss an opportunity to remind Casey what a waste she was, and how she didn't really love her anyway.
(I think you were mentioning shoes, earlier Peter, so maybe since this was CINDY's show, it could be HER shoes and how they got muddied up at her last good-bye. What do you think?)
I also have a theory as to why Casey's attorney is using every stall tactic in the book. What are the statute of limitations on interfering with investigations, lying to LE, Cleaning up a crime scene, etc., how long before the statute of limitation runs out on any charges that could be filed on the many crimes committed by the Anthony's? The reason is, I think they decided to be the fall guys as LE stated they would not go after them until they had Casey's case done or something, and so by Jose stalling, he may not so much be buying time for Casey, but for the Anthony's, why else do they all have attorny's, this could have been a deal struck, so mom and dad lie to get her off the hook, and jose drags out the proceedings so they either make a legal move to save ma and pa, or they drag it out until the limitations run out.
I don't think they are in court so much to support Casey, but to be nosy and also to make sure they have their butts covered, why else would their attorney be there all the time? He is preparing their criminal defense.
This is all just my rambling opinion, they are all innocent as we all are until proven guilty of anything, I just found this interesting and felt like blogging it for feedback from smarter people like you. peace ~ Chromedaffodils

Privacy is an important part of a stress free life.
If someone wants to monitor themselves, that should be a private
option and also an option for private property protection only.
There should never be forced surveillance on anyone unless you are a
criminal who is incarcerated. It is a shame that camera surveillance
has taken place of normal interaction, such as people interacting with
others to survey a situation.
This also doesn't stop a crime. It records it.
It is a very lazy way to monitor and sensationalize crime.
Those who say it prevents crime, others could say it increases it.
Some people perform for the cameras and use it as a boasting tool to
brag about their crime.
If a police officer or security interacted with the person, maybe it
would have prevented the crime in the first place.
Many times the images are not helpful anyway. Desensitizing the next
generation in order to make being recorded common place is
unacceptable, the next thing you know, they will be putting them in
our homes. Oh, wait, they are already doing that in the UK.
Is this really living free?
I believe our ancestors came to this country for freedom, yet we are
taking on more and more of the ways of other countries when it should
be the other way around.
We should be the country that is the authority on freedom and being a
Republic. We should take NO example of other countries and how they
monitor or oppress their people. We are a unique country with unique
people who enjoy their liberty, freedoms and living in a Republic.
We should be able to wonder freely without strangers watching our
every move like stalkers.

Wilders also wants to close down all 'coffee shops', as the tolerated Dutch cannabis bars are known. Wilders is also seeking a referendum on the euro and substantial pruning of development aid and contributions to the EU.
Other proposals include lower taxes, more teachers and smaller classes, a smaller public sector, a five-year moratorium on the construction of mosques and the influx of non-Western immigrants, a ceiling on the influx of asylum-seekers (5,000 per year) and forcing children born from Moroccan parents to choose either a Dutch or Moroccan passport, as they now receive both.

Call Her Blessed and Mothers day weekend! :0) Also, an update on cancer screening

This looks like a good read, so here is my Mother's day gift request.
Other than that, wow - could someone clean, seriously! UGH, if I was more able bodied, I bet I could get so much done and would probably stop feeling so depressed. With my multiple diagnosis and being stressed out, it is near impossible to work alone getting these boxes gone through. I did get one of the kids rooms about half done. Then I had to rest from pain, hot flashes and stress. After a little bit, I got back to it! I was really happy I accomplished that much. I hope I can complete the rooms soon. I want to make the house resemble the cabins we stay at, right now, the rooms resemble an artists loft after a weekend of genius self-expression without boundaries... and NO MAID! lol sigh...... have a good one and pray I have the energy to continue on this house de-cluttering project.
Oh, also, no word back yet on my test results... ultrasound the 10th, so keep me in your prayers.

Tuesday, a brick was thrown though a window at the Republican Party's headquarters in Marion, Ohio, 50 miles north of Columbus.
It would appear fans of Gateway Pundit would be about the only ones outside the local area who would know this. Virtually no other establishment media outlet has been involved in reporting on this incident. Meanwhile, the fact that a window was broken at Hamilton County, Ohio's Democratic headquarters was reported nationwide.

"The bottom was torn off of it, maybe like they made a mistake or something when they were writing it the first time," said Kenneth Stiverson, president of the Marion County Republican Club.
Employees at the law offices next door to the headquarters, at 114 S. Main St., called party members to let them know the window had been broken Tuesday.
Police were called and took the brick and note as evidence.
Stiverson said he didn't think people in Marion would do such a thing. Republican party members who were helping to clean up found the note after they found the brick.
... "I'm a little concerned with regard to the message it sends out, especially to the young people getting involved in politics," he (Marion County Republican Central Committee Chairman John Matthews) said. "I thought Marion was above that. So much for the free flow of ideas and ideologies."
It may cost more than $600 to fix the window, Stiverson said.
Meanwhile, it's been patched with duct tape.
"We've never had anything like this happen before. In that part of town sometimes people will wiggle on the doors and try to get in, but we never had any vandalism before," Matthews said.
The story says that the Associated Press contributed to the report. The AP may have reported the item to area outlets, but a search at the AP's main site on "Marion" returns nothing relating to the brick throw.
A Google News search on "Marion brick (not in quotes) returns the Marion Star story as the only relevant link. Columbus Dispatch searches return nothing for "Marion brick" and "Marion GOP" (both not in quotes).
The double standard in reporting couldn't be more obvious.

HaLeigh Cummings - The Case of a Girl Lost in a Troubled World - only my opinion/thoughts/scenarios/brainstorming in response to BNN's article

In response to the Blogger News article on the latest on HaLeigh
Cummings, I have this comment to make, it is length and totally
speculative. I wanted to throw some scenarios out there as many have
been left scratching their heads on what stories to believe. I have no
idea but I wanted to journal my thoughts. This is only my
brainstorming and I don't even believe these theories, they are just
that, theories, maybe to help others who are real investigators get a
spark if they are brain drained on this case. It is sad and terrible
and I pray HaLeigh is in God's hands. Just my journal and my personal
thoughts. Please feel free to comment.
Okay, so has LE said for sure the home was where she passed away? God
bless her and keep her...
Because since we are brain storming, wouldn't the dogs have hit on the
house if it happened there? Even if they immediately removed her, they
would not have had time to keep the smell the dogs hit on, from
occurring imo, there would have been scrambling, calls made and a plan
crafted, then she would have been moved. Plenty of time for the scent
to be left for the dogs. right?
So, if there was a cleaning job, looks like Tommy found the supplies??
But, would that have covered it up? I am not an expert in the least on
the dog abilities. If it was enough to cover it up, did LE keep their
trash from then and maybe keep searching it or confiscating it, lots
of leads from one's trash.
With the light on in regards to the drug involvement, we see who is
involved, Hope and all, so that leads one to believe she could have
been hanging around that night also. That night could have been
Misty's night to "make up" to Ron by helping him with a drug deal. If
you have any experience around someone involved in drugs, or watch
true crime stories, you know the dealers have beepers and phones
ringing off the hook. They often have many cell phones and so on.
(Does LE have ALL the phone numbers? Was the drug sting done to get
those numbers shook out of them so they could check into the calls
made?)
Scenario - The phone is ringing... Misty and Ron and Hope and the gang
are planning a big meet up with some dealers or buyers. This is a big
deal and Ron may have a stand-in or cover at his place of employment
who uses his "good" phone to ping for alibi, or to check in with a
code (ring so many times means something, like get back to work, boss
is coming, or calling to notify/verify drug commitments, etc.) Could
his mom be the cover, as her presence at his work may not throw off
co-workers as much and might explain her expedited presence and her LE
jacket, which could have been to back the drug deal that night as part
of a bigger plan they originally had for the evening.
(Maybe they were planning to have her come in at some point with it on
to fake out the other dealers to make them run and nab their dope or
something like that - cheesy, but just a thought, so she is calling to
check on when to arrive and they will answer when the time is right or
something...)
Then while Ron ducks out of work unbeknownst (sp?)to his employer to make the
{"drug run" or the fake sting, or the drug trade/sale, or the set up
to rip off a dealer/buyer...}
Mom helps by making those calls, and Misty is waiting for Ron with
Hope and maybe Tommy and Joe and some others are in on it too.
The van was used.
Everyone admits the van was used that night, but no one wants to touch
the van. No one wants to say they may have even moved it. Suspicious.
So, continuing on... they pile in the van
(which gained scratches, that I hope were analyzed excruciatingly),
then either everyone goes including the kids - or they are left or one
is left, alone - or - with someone:
{either one was sleeping and left home alone due to being asleep and
thus "wouldn't notice" they were gone, or both were going to be left,
but one woke up and they couldn't get that one to sleep or couldn't
wait to even try. Another reason would be Misty did stay home that
night and would watch the sleeping child, but was to beat to watch the
other who would not sleep, so Ron and the gang took her with them.}
This would also validate Misty saying she was asleep and when she woke
up she was gone.
The splitting up makes sense considering only one ended up missing,
however unless it was selective harm, which would take some
consideration and lean to someone close to them or who had been
watching to know she lived there, or someone who has interest solely
in her for any reason. This can include and exclude many depending on
the theory obviously. But, it makes sense in some theories that they
could have been separated that night.
Left alone:
One obvious theory is the one left was taken by the person they were
left with, or an intruder, if left alone. Or, the one that was left
ended up actually being the safest. (Misty could have been the one
there with the one who was left alone, sleeping, after all the deals
and scams were set up and everyone headed out.)
So, the van trip, (which Misty acknowledges in her interview on the
couch or whatever awhile back, - you guys brought to my attention the
other day), well it coincides with the "moved van" stories and
validates she at least knew people used the van, even if she was not
in it the whole time.
Now they head out to meet up with the dealer or buyer and still have
one child along. This could be either, first theory - HaLeigh is with
them and the deal: (Supported by dog scent leading to the road or
other places not in the home.)
It goes sour or she is used as part of the trade in some way, an
accident occurs. The possibilities are endless here really but you can
imagine what could have happened. This would include her getting into
the drugs at the location of the deal while attention was being made
on the money and the deal, etc. and she got curious or tried to be
like the adults.
This would also include them using what was on hand (drugs) to quiet
her so they could leave her in the van to make the run "easier", it
could have even been with intent to keep her safe from the drug deal,
or while they partied with the dealer/buyers (which could be backed by
nay nay's letter a long time ago about a party and her being thrown
into a river). This goes wrong, terribly, and so, having her in the
van (or some other person's vehicle from the party) at this point,
they go to the house and get some bricks and rope, etc., and used the
rope and bricks while in the car, to not bring evidence into THEIR
homes, and you know the rest by where LE was searching.
This could explain the back door issue if Misty WAS really asleep,
they used the same bricks on their mind as they frantically looked for
"what to grab to fix the situation", as what they were propping the
door open with. Remember, the door that slams hard once open and they
knew it, so propping it open while they frantically grabbed supplies
to clean up and dispose of evidence, would not WAKE her and jr. up.
Then, Someone throws something in the dumpster that touched HaLaigh.
Not sure what, but they did because the dogs hit there, or she was
there and as they got frantic, the decide that would be the first
place the LE would look, so she is moved and as they run in and out of
the house, they think of the bricks they have propping the door open
and decide to use them.
Also, this would nearly prove Ron was there because of his admission
about the door being locked and obviously he doesn't hand out keys, so
he would have had to unlock it initially and he would also know to
prop it open to prevent it from slamming shut and making a loud noise.
The propping the door open in this scenario could also prove they did
it because they knew Misty was asleep and they didn't want to wake
her, which those who would do that would be those who knew she was
there asleep and those who knew the door would slam shut loudly, oh,
ya and they had a KEY.
Ron and Misty also said they would use that door only for things like
"cleaning/detailing out their car" in an interview with Gretta, I
believe - so were they? Was that a "tell"?
The door explanation with being propped open etc., also plays true if
cleaning out the car from a tragedy during the previous scenario drug
run/deal/party, with or without Misty's knowledge. She could also have
been with them all along.
Ron clears his alibi by running back and clocking out of work, then
buying beers, etc. this leaves mom close and aware of at least some
events, (If and only IF the "Ron leaving work" scenario was true), or
all and maybe helps clean up (look at Cindy's help cleaning up
evidence galore, it must be instinctive to clean up after a troubled
child, so it would not be out of the realm of possibilities and would
explain her odd behavior.) She also could be involved in the drug deal
scenario with her LE jacket on for some reason, remember - she in an
interview with Nancy, discussed on what Oxycontin tastes like, in way
to much detail ("tells" of lying about her story at the time)-
proclaiming they don't have drugs around or whatever, I forget, but to
much info., could mean lying about her story, however she let us know
she knows what it tastes like. In the way she told, many claim only
one who uses it incorrectly would know that. I think it is possible it
is innocent though, because even taking it correctly you could taste
it if it fell onto your tongue. Different brands have also different
coatings. This still gives us the knowledge she has taken them before
and COULD be using them.
This tragedy could even have occurred way after the deal goes
successfully and they all are celebrating/hiding out at the dock or
party pad, with some beers Ron provides,(Check surveillance for him
buying beer, oh ya, he already made sure he was on tape.) At this
point, she is playing around the dock and slips in the water, or
someone pushes her in fun or purposely, as they are all most likely on
something, and something terrible happens.
The incident could have happened way before the beer was bought and
would make sense as this seemed like Ron's attempt at an alibi. They
then had plenty of time to cover up.
Children services:
Speech avoiding incriminating themselves:
The sleeping in the bed together and distance apart could be explained
(IF it has nothing to do with anything) by the fact they have been in
trouble by children services before and probably have a case plan
which basically would give them limits, rules, guidelines, etc. and
would threaten them with loss of custody and such if they did not
follow the rules set forth. This could also be another reason for the
webbing, this and to prevent testifying against each other and Ron
being with a minor. Anyway, this has to be reviewed semi-annually at
least in front of the judge depending on how much danger they thought
the children were in. I believe that is right though. This would make
them fear to say they were in the same bed or that Ron was to heavy
handed with them (as per interview by Geraldo), and would seem like a
lie about the case, when it was only to cover from further cs
investigations which would make them lose jr. and possibly face
charges. So, those answers should not distract you imo.
